Upon receipt of the item, they will inspect it and you will be issued store credit for the value of the item(s) in your return minus the cost of shipping. If an item has been altered or worn, is missing packaging, or a return request isn't made within five days, the eligibility for return is voided. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, a full refund will be given and the order corrected. Customers with mistaken or defective items will be provided return labels free of charge. All sales of clearance and discontinued items are final. Orders returned to them by USPS for nonpickup, inaccessible addresses, or inaccurate addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for shipping refunds.
